Going beyond the source: A revised curriculum for source evaluation

The DePaul University Library has a longstanding relationship with the First-Year Writing Program to provide information literacy instruction students in Writing, Rhetoric & Discourse (WRD) 104, required course for all undergraduates. Partnering these courses is foundation of library’s program: we every section WRD 104 introduce concepts as many first-year possible. We have standardized curriculum library session. developed by Instruction Working Group (IWG), committee chaired instructional services librarian and made up three or four additional librarians who serve two-year terms.
